About a year ago, I unfortunately lost everything I had in a house fire, including all the documents, music and pictures on my laptop. Fortunately for me I had been using Zip Cloud for about 3 months, uploading and backing up my files each day.

When I contacted them about retrieving and restoring my data, I did not realise how simple and fast it was going to be to get everything back. Within 2 Days I had all my files restored on my new laptop. Wonderful service and an absolute life saver.

I accidentally deleted loads of my emails on my outlook. Thankfully I had My ZipCloud installed on my desktop and it had backed them up. I was able to restore the all the emails I deleted.
